Sleazewhistle

An unsavory character who trumpets his ill deeds, and foul thoughts as worthy, and soils the joy of others by such touting and bruiting of matters. Commonly conflated with a Sleazewhistle attorney, who is concerned with 'fellatio gone wrong' in cases dealing with infidelity, or fellatio which causes physical or mental discomfort.

A proper sleazewhistle knows when they have crumpled the soul of a person, by inspecting the spittle on his fingers.
