A cryptid not known by many, she is rumored to be a part of the Martix conspiracy, existing between realities. She is typically passive, although if provoked to, can become hostile. Witnesses who claim to have encounters with the Skrem recall her distinct calling "OOoooooo", with a wavy inflection.

Dude I swear I saw the Skrem today, I think she might be real.

A new term for the screamo/emo bands of the 90s, or anythign that is REAL screamo/emo. I'm not sure if the term is supposed to be taken seriously or not, but it's there. Possibly created in revolt of the shitty 'new' emo bands and self-proclaimed 'emo' kids.

Not skramz: Emery, MCR, Saosin etc

Skream

Real name Oliver Dene Jones, Skream is one of the pioneers of dubstep that made a significant push to get dubstep into the mainstream. He does a very good job of making his songs have a wide appeal while still sounding very smooth and personal.

Me: Hey have you heard of Skream?

Person: Scream? You mean the horror movie?

Me: No he's a dubstep artist, it's Scream with a K.

Person: Oh I see.

Me: You should check out all of his songs, he's fantastic.
