As in someone who makes moaning noises while screaming during sex.

So dude what is she? A screamer,moaner, or talker?

Scroaner

When the capacity of excitement released in the form of a moan or scream isn't large enough, and you have to do both. Most commonly occur in Highschool Closets, with more than 2 people.

Person 1: YOO LAST NIGHT I BANGED THIS SUPER HOT ASS CHICK
Person 2: YOOO DID SHE SCROAN BRAAAH?
Person 1: FUCK YEAH SHE SCROANED BRO!!! I NKEW SHE WAS A SCROANER!
Person 2: BROOOO!
