In technology a person that exclusively uses tools written by others no knowledge in the field of hacking are referred to as script kiddies. A Skidster is a hipster Script Kiddie.

Man that guy will never learn to hack he is such a Skidster.

A Skinster may appear as a skinhead with long hair, but also a hippy with a shaved head. Much like a crust punk but a tad bit more hippy and a lot less squatter.
