Also known as "skibidi biden". A meme made by the producers of the CBS late show with Stephen Colbert, it references how the Biden administration is hiring a "meme maker". To make fun of this idea, Stephen Colbert shows some memes, one of those being a video of the famous "skibidi toilet" meme, with the twist being the head of Biden that jumps out of it, with it screaming the name of Joe Biden and screaming "Hitlers language, Trump is using hitler language"
