A VERY old and nonfunny phrase meaning "it's the same either way," apparently because rolling two sixes with a pair of dice is the same either way (see I told you it was old and unhysterical).
You could take side streets to 90th south or 78th south through the construction. It's sixes.

When someone thinks they are a ten on the hot scale and they are in fact to the rest of the world a 6 or below;it is also highly contageous and many a time sixes will clump together in groups only fueling more of each others dellusional thoughts.
