When you try to silently let one slide but then you get some juice with it.

Last night at dinner i though I could squeeze on out but it came with a side of gravy.

Side of Gravy 

After busting a nut into his hand, the man precedes to wipe his anus with his load followed by a nice clean slap to the woman on her face. Which refers to the term a side of gravy.

Oh dude I dished out a side of gravy to my mother in law, man was my wife pissed.
