Sickmeister is a commonly used phrase in MMO's to use sarcasim to insult a player, the noob thinking they are an actual good player.

Hickmeister

A person who gets hickeys from hot guys with lightning hair at parties. This usually happens whilst the person is highly intoxicated. They are also known to vomit whilst intoxiacted and randomly burst into tears and are constantly stalked by people with crazy eyes. K.P.
