Shoeligans

A on going game where you kick someones shoe and then run away, usually being chased by the person whose shoe you just hit.

Shoeligans is a nasty game where no one really ever wins.

One that is a hooligan who enjoys stealing peoples shoes, tying them together, or just doing anything involving shoes to piss people off.

"That guy who threw those size 10's at Bush, what a shoeligan!"
