Said exactly how its spelled with vocal tone changing the meaning like:

Shiz. tah. ma.lis. kid. - Damn. That's some story.

shizzzztamahliskid!!! - It's soll on on right now.

shiztamaaaaahliskid - for real?

Shizztamahlis? Kid - Just kidding

shizztamahlisk, eid. - Dead serious

etc....
