Shizzlebilly 

Politically correct term for hip-hop gangsta wannabe thugs of the caucasian persuasion. Replaces the more racist wigger. Can be identified by looking thirteen years old, being pasty white, wearing entirely too much bling, usually sports a visor that is on upside down and sideways.

Dude 1: What's that noise? Do you hear that?
