When someone is gloating over a victory while using the bathroom. For example; if someone beats you in a videogame and goes to shit while still gloating.

"He was still gloating after winning in Monopoly." "He's shitgloating!"

When someone is gloating over a victory (whether in a video game or something else), while taking a shit.
For example, if someone beat you in a video game and then went to the bathroom while still gloating over it.

"He was shitgloating over his victory in Monopoly."
