Similiar to a Union Scab, if a shift is taken away unfairly someone whom is contracted and someone else takes the shift before the person whoms shift has been taken away could make their defence
Madeline took my shift, i really wanted to do that shift, and theres no reason why i would be unable to do that shift! what a Shift Scab!
