Sexounet has french origins, mixing “Sexy” with a common french suffix, usually added at the end of words to give it a childlike diminution. The suffix “ounet” basically means “rather”. Ex: Tristounet , triste (sad) + ounet (rather). Tristounet, rather sad.

You should wear that shirt, it’s sexounet.
