Someone who often speeds and drives over the speed limit, and consequently getting caught and receiving a ticket.
Also used to define someone who would be considered a 'nerd' to a majority of society.

Person 1:"Have you seen Mark's driving?"
Person 2:"Yeah, he's such a Sercombe, isn't he?"

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
