Often seen in the ghetto and white trash neighboorhoods, but the kids are usually jumping around in the back seat with no seat belts, rather than in the drivers seat- with the driver!

Background: After scoring the go ahead field goal with 25 seconds left in the Saints-Vikings January 14, 2018 playoff game, Sean Payton turned to the Vikings home crowd and raised his arms up and down in a mock Skol cheer.
