Scrub monkey 

Usually poor, lacking effort, desire or ability to improve their living conditions or economic status. A scrub monkey often haa a refrigerator in their yard along with broken lawn mowers, chickens and old bicycles, sometimes a rusted out 72 Camaro up on concrete blocks.
Those Scrub monkeys live on the county line in that run down trailer with all the junk in their yard.
