Scandasian is someone who is half Scandinavian and half Asian.

Nick: what are you? Where are you from?
Beth: I’m Scandasian! Half Danish, half Japanese.

Scandinasian 

A person of mixed race who's background is both Scandinavian and Asian.

The term is occasionally thought up by individuals (usually those who are Scandinasian) without outside influence, but has existed for decades, if not longer.

Man: That girl. She's both Swedish and Chinese, so what does that make her? Asian or Scandinavian?

Woman: Both. She's Scandinasian!

Scandalia Project 

When someone plans up something knowing it would fail but still continues to do it like he's retarded.

So in the end it will totally fail and sometimes it fails so bad that people actually laugh about it.
