CIRCA (clandestine insurgent rebel clown army) Salish CIRCA was founded for the May first general strike in Seattle in 2012. But have since carried on to other protest actions and organize there own demonstrations.They are a rag tag group of activists turned rebel clowns who use humor and clown inspired tactics to cause mischief to and trouble for the establishment.They are anti cop anti corporation and anti authority of any kind.For more on the Salish CIRCA of Seattle check out there Face Book page
