A title given by the queen herself, Lorde. A SCWWTS is a name given to her fanbase. It stands for Sensitive Cutie Who Worships The Sun (in context to her album Solar Power)

In spaces surrounding fan fiction, STWW usually refers to Sexy Times With Wangxian, a now-deleted Mao Dao Zu Shi fan fiction from ao3 by author virtual1979 that became notorious for having over 2000 tags, most of which were things that made only very minor appearances. The author purposely abused the lack of a limit on tags to make it extremely difficult for someone scrolling through fics to get past it, especially if they were on a phone. Eventually the author tagged multiple fandoms that weren't related so that the work would infest those fandoms too, and despite marking her fic as complete she updated it almost daily. This seemed to be the final straw, as on May 31 of 2021 the fic was deleted by ao3. The reason for its deletion was not explicitly stated but most people theorize it had something to do with the outrage caused by the absurd wall of tags that was the fic.

A: Hey, what's this massive block of tags? All I wanted was to read something.
B: That's STWW, at least you managed to avoid it until now.

STCW

(Standards of Training and Certification of Watchstanders) or also informally known as 'Stuff The Coast guard Wants"

Bullshit certifications required of all Merchant Seamen before they can sail deep sea as either licensed officers or unlicensed crew. Despite the fact that having these certs does nothing to improve the competence of the mariner possessing them, and the fact that accidents still happen to this day despite them, the IMO (international maritime organization) and the U.S. government still shove them down our throats.

Training and certification is in 4 basic areas: Firefighting, Personal Safety/Sexual Harassment, Personal Survival, and First Aid.
