Small Penis Compensation Vehicle - includes compensator trucks, big boats, flashy sports cars. Vehicle used to deflect any thoughts the owner may have an unusually small member; while actually very clearly pointing out that fact.
Boats or cars with exposed engines, lots of chrome, loud exhaust are a dead giveaway.
