Smdvh: shaking my dick very hard

Smdvh came about as if someone was spamming the keyboard as in laughing but accidentally typed “smdvh” so then it become a acronym for “shanking my dick very hard”.

This acronym can be used for many things. You could be super happy and use it as if you are shaking your dick in excitement, or it can be used like like the acronym says; shaking your dick very hard.
