Pouring a liquid out of a bottle or container in order for it to not touch your lips. A useless method of not passing germs from person to person, usually done among children.
Person 1: "I'm thirsty, can I have some of your water?"

Person 2: "I would, but I don't want your germs."

Person 1: "Don't worry, I'll sky it."

1. When you know you're going to miss an episode of your favourite show, pre record it on sky plus
2. When youre bursting to go, or your phone rings in an intense moment of a tv show, you press pause on sky plus
phone rings just as Titanic is sinking
answer: 'hey, whats up, im watching titanic, but no fear, im sky plussing it'

Girl 1: Wanna go out tomorrow?
Girl 2: Yeah but its the season finale of The Hills

Adjective. Used to describe persons who have adjusted or altered their lifestyle for environmental reasons. Crunchy persons tend to be politically strongly left-leaning and may be additionally but not exclusively categorized as vegetarians, vegans, eco-tarians, conservationists, environmentalists, neo-hippies, tree huggers, nature enthusiasts, etc.

Also used to describe establishments where alternative foods and products are sold, i.e. natural food stores.

Modified derivative of granola.
"I need more crunchy guys in my life. I'm so tired of dating preppy metrosexual assholes."
