n. To scrub around; to live in a dorm environment; committing acts such as wearing dirty clothes, living in a mess, or just being a normal college kid in a dorm.

Person1: Dude, weren't you wearing that yesterday?
Person2: Yeah man, I don't have enough quarters to do laundry. I spent my last few dollars on a pack of cigs.
Person1: SCUM LIFE!
