Can be screamed whilst rising at the back stick to unleash the mother of all headers only to take it on the bridge of the nose or can also be used when departing for a night of needless drinking because like the footballing example your rising to the occasion with the best of interests only to go home with a bloody nose and in absolute pieces !!

Dip yer shoulder leave the defender for dead, get to the back stick leap like a tin of salmon and scream "RUSSSSSSS UPPPPPP !!!" - whallop take it on the nose !

OR

Join a group of like minded individuals and whilst making your way your public house of choice embark on header simiulations whilst screaming "RUSSSSS UPPPPPPPPP"
