Rentoid

A Rentoid is a renter who rents from a Person of Land. A Rentoid can be described as a filthy and Landphobic animal. He thinks he is exempt from all the rules and does not pay rent on time.

Usually evicted within the first 3 months

John: Poor LandChad hopefully he got his 100000% mandatory rent tip before he evicted Dave
