someone who will not stop talking and writes essays
someone who can at times talk without letting others talk
someone who can not stop talking when asked to
Essays written when not needed are often compared to runninggums, more so if they do not stop when asked. It was first used by a streamer in early 2019 and has since been used to attach to those who write essays in direct messages or public chat

this person sounds like they are runninggums, just look at that essay and now they wont stop
