Basically when two people are having a confrontation and one of them wants to fight, they will say "run me my shits". It's a long way around just saying "fight me right now".

Bob fucks Jim's girlfriend*
Bob: Bro I didn't mean to fuck her

Jim: Run me my shits
They proceed to fight*
