a small, wealthy section of Orange County CA that consists of million dollar homes, nice cars, USUALLY friendly people, and familys. commonly mistaken to be apart of Los Alamitos because it's part of the mailing adress, but it's not...served by the Los alamitos school district where kids are pretty innocent until high school. kids try to have house parties in Rossmoor but cops come within 10 min.
