The grade-A douchebag who lives on the top floor of the building. Often in a penthouse.

A sociopath who lies constantly, is manipulative , and leeches off others. A bottom feeding free loader who cannot hold a stable job and is frequently incarcerated in prison or mental institutions. A career criminal.

Ron is always broke and using people. He is such a roof rat.
