Goat Roaches: adjective; 1) any male or female whose behavior is trifling, bold, ghetto, and extremely disrespectful to others. Lacking class, self respect, and a highschool education. If it looks like a roach, walks like a roach, and hides when the lights come on, IT'S A ROACH!
