The branch of the Military thats purpose is to fight entirely on land. This word comes from the Japanese word for land army "rikugun".

The Military had to invade the mainland with the Rikgoon.

1 Glass of juicy lush goon,

a hot chick (rig) that is recently discovered but does not belong to the so called 'popular' group. it refers to hot/fit chicks with a good body that float with the wrong crowd, that just dont match the rest of their group because they are a rigoon.
