Retardaffable

A person who is annoyingly stupid and also exceedingly friendly and pleasant.

Good lord, Dom is retardaffable! He is so incredibly dumb it drives me up a wall; but he is such a friendly guy I always feel guilty for getting annoyed at his stupid ass.
