The justification used by the recently clueless editors on Rap Genius, aka Genius, for deleting a decade's worth of accurate, reader-contributed interpretation of rap lyrics. Somehow, in the minds of recent editors, translating the quirky, ever-changing, intentionally coded wordplay that's integral to rap being...well, rap, undermines the site's mission to bring understanding and appreciation to the art form.

THEM: "Your Ludacris annotation has been removed for restating the line."
YOU: "So explaining that 'put the booty of a Swish to the end of a flame' means lighting up the West Coast equivalent of a blunt has no informative value?"

Clan Restoration Act 

A law in the Naruto Fanfiction universe plugged in by various fanfiction authors for any Naruto Harem Fanfic. Usually implicated to either build or restore a clan. Sometimes use in Reverse Harems.

It's original usage is unknown.

Finding out that he was the desendent of a long lost clan, Tsunade enacts the CRA, Clan Restoration Act for Naruto to take on multiple wives to build his clan's numbers back up.

Facebook's Witness Relocation Program

When your Facebook is full of a bunch of random friends, you lose control of who sees your information.....so you have to create a new Facebook account where in which you only add your "real friends."

Suzie Q. realized her boss was a friend on her Facebook account, so she couldn't put anything fun up so as not to dis-impress her boss. So, she became one of many to join the new trend of partaking in Facebook's Witness Relocation Program and made a new Facebook and put up all of her crazy pictures and only added her "real friends."

Your "relocation code" is the mysterious 4 numbers affixed by the USPS after the Zip Code of your mailing address. They are to be used for the forcible reconstruction of society into the New World Order according to the plans of the Shadow Government.

The Simpsons poked fun at the four additional digits of ZIP codes when Lisa asks what ZIP+4 codes are for, and is told that they are "citizen relocation codes".

Foreskin Restoration 

What a circumcised male does after learning how horrible circumcision is. It works by stretching the skin every day for years, causing penile skin to very slowly grow and form a skin tube with some (but not all) functions of a real foreskin.

Some people will tell you it's a waste of time because it's not a real foreskin and you can't get the nerve endings back. However, foreskin restoration still has so many benefits that everyone who does it says it's worth it. You do get some nerve endings back, but not all.
