A male (or in some unfortunate occassions a female) with very poor facial hair resting on ones upper lip resembling that of a rats whiskers.

rattasha

someone who does give a crap about who you are. rattasha only cares about their loved one and close friends and will absolutely mess you up if you hurt anybody close to them. Rattasha is a strong person who most likely would kill someone and get away with.
