RIB FUDD

Slang term for a "competition" rib master; eg; a person who typically only cooks ribs for self gratification and ego and does not truly believe in the true premise of BBQ. These people also generally treat pitmasters that just enjoy ribs that taste great with unwarranted scorn or contempt.

"See sonny, all those ribs in that braise... all thems is good for is people that like overcooked trash." -Example of ignorant Rib Fudd comment from a fudd on a giant BBQ page.
