A quanser example is... A wife saying to her husband. “You’re not going out are you?” By looking at the punctuation and/or listening to the inflection or reading this sentence, it is a question. HOWEVER ....there truly is NO QUESTION merit to this is there? It is TRULY saying. “You are NOT going out”. “Did you TRULY think you were”.
