When you start a story and fail to finish it, leaving everyone in suspense.

Person: "I live in San Diego, and............."

Everyone Else: "......................"
Everyone Else: ".........i guess that's it."

Person: "HEYHEY"
E.E: "Hiiiii"

E.E: "Looks like shes Pulling a San Diego again!"
