Pro-Natalism

A couple points of contention:
1-Maintaining other cultures (in the name of pluralism and competition)
2-Practices decided by subsidiarity (Circumcision)
3-Using kids to inflate your own existential importance
4-Reproduction as evidence for the validity of practice (Circumcision)
5-Cultual Imperialism (Parent can't be the final arbiter)
6-The parallel between reproduction and happiness (Paperclip maximizing)
7-Cultual zealotry
8-Capital Punishment

Hym "(8) So, when it comes to practices like capital punishment, how does that translate to how your kids are going to interact with other kids? You've programmed into them a set of behaviors and when somone they are interacting with doesn't adhere to those behaviors what are they going to do? They are going to do what you taught them to do. That's how you get Jordan Neely. That's how you get George Floyd 2.0 being told 'You're fine' as he gets crushed to death.
So, no. What I see here is the exact sort of Social Darwinism I've been railing against. If I grant you the need for you teach or do with your kids whatever you want (7) what assurance do I have that it isn't going to devolve into cultural zealotry that (8) feeling justified in using capital punishment against me to coerce either my compliance and/subjugation? I also don't see how you don't see the parallel in your paperclip maximizing analogy. How are you not treating humans as reproduction maximizing machines and (3) using your kids to inflate your own existential importance? This is just more Jordan Peterson bullshit where you abdicate any complicity in the lives of the people around you while simultaneously ingoring the peripheral effect you have by engaging in practices that don't actually hold up to scrutiny in the ideological landscape. Your ideology is pernicious. You can't be allowed to inflate the validity of your bad ideas by breeding people explicitly to believe the things you believe. Especially because it can only continue to exist if people like me are silenced."

I think I've seen enough.
Hym "I'm going to go point by point (In reference to the Alexander Grace video with the Pro-Natalist couple):
(1) I don't see how maintaining other cultures doesn't devolve into some form of overt Imperialism and (4) downstream from that I see you evidencing the validity of your 'culture' with your reproductive sucess and that isn't necessarily the case. (1) So I'll start by saying what I see happening (just from hearing you talk) is other cultures 'losing competition' thereby losing their claim to representation and being subordinate to the 'winning' culture. So that is just trading one form of Imperialism for another. (5) Additionally, I'm glad you brought up abuse because you see that (on some level) the parents can't be the final arbiter in regards to how their kids are raised. Firstly because they have to interact with other kids and other people. Now, I could devise of a culture wherein I have sexual relationships with my kids (at any and all ages). Now, your first response is likely going to be 'Well, your culture wouldn't reproduce as a result of inbreeding, therefore, the point is moot' but that could be remediated medical intervention (i.e. abortion) and I could add a practice (like the Viltrumites) where outsides are used for breeding and I could add a practice where the sons are made to kill eachother so that only one remains. (5) I don't agree that the external world should be prevented from intervening in the name of preventing 'Cultural Imperialism.' "

pronatalist

One who encourages childbearing, either out of some practical or religious belief that human populations were designed to grow naturally, or one who believes human populations should grow nearly as large as possible, to benefit nearly as many people as reasonably possible.
A pronatalist is likely to be offended by a draconian anti-child policy, such as China's "one child" policy.

Pronatalists naturally oppose human population "control."

flophouse

Any house/apartment/frat house/trailer/etc. which is used for individuals to crash (sleep, chill, hang out, lurk, etc.) for a period of time. In order to "crash", one must not actually live there (e.g. have their name on the lease, own said flophouse, etc.). Flophouses are typically used by college students, drug addicts, transients, vagrants, or other unsavory characters.

A flophouse may also be the home owned by the parents of a college student, who after being away at college, wishes to live as if he/she is still at college (e.g. staying out all night, returning just to crash at mom and dad's house, then leaving again), rather than conforming to the pre-college rules.
Example #1
Dude: (Talking to someone passed out face first on the floor of his college apartment) Hey man, who the hell are you? What do you think this is, a flophouse??

Bro: Sorry dude, I must have passed out for a minute.

Example #2
Mom: Where have you BEEN for the last three days? You come home just to sleep?? What do you think this is, a flophouse??!!

Son: What's your problem? I'm an adult now!

Hate Sink

A person you hate intensely not because they deserve such hatred but because they serve as a focus for your general hatred. A healthy way to dispense with excess animosity.
