Princess nut nuts

A term used by Former poltical aide to the British Priminster to described first lady of Britain Carrie Symonds. The term means someone who is so nutty they might as well be a royal of the nutters.

DC: That Carrie Symonds is a real princess nut nuts.
BoJo: You're fired.
