Prefrisize

The word prefrisize means to restate something with importance. It means you are specifying something with your preference.
I wanted to prefrisize that I can not work 8:30-5:30, however I can work 7:00-4:00.
I want to prefrisize that children with a fever may not come to school until they are 24 hours fever free.

To add an incorrect prefix to a word to make a new word that is understandable, even though it is not necessarily a real word.

"un-" (opposite of, contrary to) + "fast" (characterized by quick motion, operation, or effect) = "unfast" (not a real word, but preficized so you know it means slow)
