He is like a surreal Undercover Brother. Sa-da-tay, my damies! Pootie says "Don't baaaang tha dillies!"

Pootie Tang 

1.) A role model human being, someone everyone should aspire to to follow in moral compass as well as style. A Pootie Tang knows when/where/why/how to act like a bad-ass motherfucker in a respectful and proper manner while being a role model for children and treating the ladies with respect. Slick dancing moves, fly clothes, and and ass-whippin' belt aren't required but are certainly smiled upon.
2.) A BAMF, but respectful and proper one at the same time.
3.) A character from the popular film "Pootie Tang" played by Lance Crouther. In the film Pootie tang is a Super Hero who help save the people of Chicago from Lector Corp., an evil corporation that sells fast foods, cigarettes and alcohol to children. Throughout the film Pootie Tang teaches right from wrong, whips bad guy's asses with his belt, and talks complete jibberish because he is jut too damn cool for words.
