Pokémon Scalper

Pokémon scalpers are dirty Discord moderators who hoard retail stock to tax casuals and collectors. They clear out shelves using by camping stores, creating fake scarcity just to list cardboard on eBay at a massive markup.
"John: Oh look, Dave managed to buy the very last Elite Trainer Box in the entire city, marked it up by 300% on Facebook Marketplace, and is calling himself an 'entrepreneur.' Truly, a modern-day business visionary.
Bob: Ever heard of the term Pokémon scalper?"

Pokemon Scalper

An individual ,typically aged between 30-50 and is usually but not limited to being a male, who has reached a new low in life that they will camp out a pokemon vending machine and or a store and wait for a shipment of pokemon cards to arrive. Once the shipment or opertunity to make a purchase arrives, the typical pokemon scalper will transform into a maniacal state and start foaming at the mouth. During a frenzy of them, they can obliterate a store's entire inventory of cards while doing considerable damage to isle and other merchandise mirroring the early days of black friday. Once a scalper gets what they want they return back to a waiting vehicle and sit in the back seat with their gains, they typically are driven by either their parents or significant other who is letting their other partner ride up front. A scalper then goes back home to sell the cards at massively high markup. Thus making it hard for actual pokemon fans to enjoy collecting.
Stu: hey guys i found a new way to make that bread! I have my girlfriend and her boyfriend drop me off and i go in and try to buy up as much pokemon cards as possible then i resell them at a higher price!! I'm what you call a Pokemon Scalper
