In French "il pleut" means "it's raining" so if something is dripping in fun or coolness or is so awesome it's raining awesomeness, then "il pleut"

A very special name. Just like the ones who carry the name. Usually Pleun's are extremy beautyful. They're sweet, funny and you just have to be happy when you're around them.
