a mix of confident and pompous, and can be used do describe or refer to just about anything in the peasantry/crowned in chains fandom. the word was first used by Jacob, the vocalist/composer of crowned in chains, who appears to lack basic knowledge and need to go back to school.

Adjective, a person who is controlling, monotone and humourless. A stickler for the rules, one who somehow overrules everyone and is extremely powerful and intimidating to all around them. Fair and just, they won't settle without a fight.
