The dopamine released from looking at your phone. Usually from social media and described as “cheap” or “easy” dopamine.

I set myself up for a day of phopamine chasing when I looked at my phone first thing in the morning.

They were so overcome with hopamine after finding that bag of dope that it didn't even matter whether the drugs we're real or fake.

A conscious or subconscious trait in which an individual becomes codependent on habits, actions, or substances

My mom spends her off days cleaning shit around the house to keep busy cause she can't stop working. I think her phetamine is working hard.
