Ironic statement meaning the exact opposite.
My ex partner who has schizophrenia used to say "I'm perfectly fine" when he was infact not.
I have BPD and now use "perfectly fine" If asked if ok by my best friend and I am actually not "perfectly fine"
Me- "I missed my medication for 2 days"
Friend"how are you feeling?"
Me-"perfectly fine "
Friend-"oh no not "perfectly fine"

A person who is completely fine after a hard brake up that you suffered a lot from. This is also used in a taylor swift song titled Mr.Perfectly Fine.
