Passiva tóxica

It's a term in Portuguese used for guys and especially gays who have a perky butt. The closest definition to this in English is "power bottom but make it toxic".

A: This guy is a passiva tóxica total!
B: His ass is really perky!
A: No, B! He's gay and boring! A passiva tóxica!

Passive Toxicity 

Behavior that is harmful or negative but not intentionally intended to cause harm.

I like Jim as a person, but he has a lot of passive toxicity. He means well but finds ways to say things that make me feel bad.
