Party Sweats 

A distinct stank someone's sweat has after a night (or days) of heavy drug use and partying. Usually a mix of booze, nicotine, weed skank, and various other stank. Also used for the sweats that a heavy drug user gives off if they detox.

"Yeah, Kyle totally had the party sweats this morning. He smelt like shit."
