A false claim of victory. Gaslighting others into believing that you have won when in reality you have been decimated. Trying hard to make others believe that you are the winning side even though you are utterly lost.

Originated from Pakistan's behavior of claiming victory against its wars with India even-though in reality it has lost all wars.
